Pure Stride Orthotics are only dispensed by medical professionals. They provide quick pain relief in the arch, heel, and metatarsals. These orthotics are made up of 4 layers to ensure comfort. The first layer is an antibacterial mesh, the second is a soft, heat-moldable EVA that helps cushion the foot, the third is a polypropylene shell, and the fourth is a high-durometer EVA. The heel area has a recessed, 2-cm Poron^® layer to help cushion the heel. Sold in pairs for men and women.
